Our vision is to see the world, its inhabitants, and resources governed by a global unified system having the primary objective of bringing maximum peace and well-being to all inhabitants while continuously increasing in its harmony of operation and effectiveness at achieving the primary objective. The system improves scientifically by ensuring the architecture is open and by providing the ability to independently adapt any aspect of the system and assess its value with respect to the primary objective.
