Template:BlogSig

This template takes two parameters, a username and the date timestamp of a blog item from the Organic Design Bliki system. It then returns a signature in the form of "Posted by USER on DATE at TIME" with the username being a link to all the blog items by that user and the date format in "nn mmm yyyy at hh:mm" format.
