Would it be possible to include by default a template that includes a [new] append section?

What I mean is a 'create new section' link that is included in every new page by default. clicking it would edit the section and append to the existing page. --Infomaniac 12:29, 25 June 2011 (PDT)

You mean like the "+" tab in talk pages? would it only be on new pages when they're being created but not on pages with existing content? it sounds like it would be better as an action like the "+" than as default content... --nad 13:54, 25 June 2011 (PDT)
