#Accounting

Accounting ensures the ability of the organisation to produce three basic types of reports:

'''Worklogs''', which can be grouped by person, role or projects (ability to see who did what and when)

'''Invoices''' for billing clients which can be used to charge hours of roles filled or to charge for projects. The ability to generate invoices also means statements on stock levels, various accounts or work rendered can easily be generated (ability to see what happened in the past).

'''Quotes''' which can be used to estimate what should be charged based on the data gathered in the past for comparable projects (ability to project into the future and make precise estimates). Obviously, this is also helpful when discussing various options at meetings.

Summary: Based on the ability to see what is happening clearly, the organic organisation can decide where it wants to be and when, which then allows a precise path to be plotted between the current state and the evolving ideal goals.
