As for the time aspect, it depends how well we're all keeping our hours and in what formats... + | :::I see, you mean that if we want to accept credit card transactions we'd need to be verified? that's probly a good idea then because I'm not allowed to set up a bank account since I get beaten by security guards with batons if I try and enter a bank - maybe even if I walked near to one.
