This sounds negative, but this consistent force of reduction is what gives rise to potential for change - to continue the runtime analogy, it acts as the interpreter which reads and executes the programs.
The Organic Design system description is the Organic Ontology which is still in development, we hope to define it using an official web3 language such as Web Ontology Language.
