This article or section is a stub. Stubs are articles that have not yet received substantial attention from the authors. We use the term peer to refer to a man, women or other sentient being who is a member of an organisation, project or trust group. We use this term rather than simply "person" because the legal meaning of person includes attributes which belong in the top-down domain. The word "peer" implies equality and freedom much more strongly than "person" does.
