The goal of Organic Design is to put together a package that people can download or be given on a DVD or memory stick which they can install on their computer or mobile device. This package is a combination of applicational functionality, education and procedures which allow them to set up and run their own projects and organisations in a way that maximises potential and re-use of knowledge and well-being rather than being focussed purely on financial profit.
We've distilled these ideas down to a small set of core values and we call an organisation operating in this way a Platform. We've started a platform specification article and we've been working on a manifesto which goes in to more detail about our ideas and decisions.
