This little fellow comes and visits us every once in a while and runs round our garden for a while :-) We were pretty sure it was a Mazama bororo, but we emailed professor Mauricio Barbanti who wrote the preceding article since we thought we may have spotted a very rare animal, but he told us it was just the common Mazama gouazoubira (Veado catingueiro).
