My power adapter failed after about a day of use! Fortunately a very popular type of laptop made by [[w:Positivo Informática|Positivo]] (the biggest computer manufacturer in south America) has exactly the same adapter (19V rated at 3.42A). Some international brands sold in Brazil also have the same rating, so replacements are [https://lista.mercadolivre.com.br/adaptor-19v-3.42a easy to find]. I was able to pick up a replacement for my broken one in less than 15m in Canela :-)

Keyboard issue

Keyboard layout has one non-standard code which means you can't type a pipe or backslash using the key above the enter key on the right. This has been raised in the community forum and can be fixed with the following command which should also be put into /etc/rc.local so it takes effect on reboot as well.

sudo setkeycodes 56 43

Power adapter
