How do i adjust pw localsettings to adjust timezone? I don't want to break it. Do i just add the line that does the timezone hack?

:I see you've already made the timezone adjustment in localsettings, so if you're still getting the wrong time, then you must have it set in your [[Special:Preferences|user-prefs]], just set it to blank to use the global default setting (the one in localsettings).

Cheers, that did the trick! I didn't understand that the localsettings.php wiki article is where the xmlwiki gets it's settings from...

That's right, it's the MediaWiki LocalSettings.php file but XmlWiki allows it to be stored as an article instead of a file :-)
