Resource is one of the nodal concepts making up the fundamental generic organisation which is the basic building block of all processes and functionality in the network.
Resource is also known as Resource allocation because it defines the common division and allocation methods common to all resources.

Resource flow
The nodal model is a system based on cycles, and a simple system of handling resource allocation over time is emplyed which is essentially a simple budgetting & cashflow system allowing economy of scale to apply to reduce bandwidth and work to large quantity blocks.
All peers propagate their holistic information which includes a rudimentary estimate of how much of the resource they could have used if they had had enough available to do so. This estimate doesn't need to include complexities such as the affect such as large supply would have had on the demand because these ideals are future targets which undergo change so their error reduces as they're approached. Hexagram 60 of the Yi refers to this aspect of the project.
Cost
The contexts which require the use of various roles must sustain those roles with the resources they require to operate.
