Services
- Setting up a MediaWiki: free if hosted with OD, $50 if not
- $100 if no shell access and needs to be installed with FTP etc
- extra if extensions/features required which are not in the OD system
- Setting up a server: $100 if Debian-based and from scratch, $250 if other unix-based system or adjusting an existing environment
