| − | MaxPC was created as a means of giving a unique face to my ability to service an existings customers I.T. infrastructure. I did not want to dilute my reputaion to the point of looking like a 'Jack of All trades.' I registerd MaxPC Service as a tradename that is still part of Sequoia Informations Systems, Inc. but would be branded with a highly specific purpose.

| − | I see great value in having such a service; most notably for the fact that if I go into a clients site, reduce their I.T. expenditures by delivering a a firm plan for technology use, training and upgrades then redirect potential spending to projects that yield a measureable return in saved time or increased revenue. Put simply, I wan't find money they are already spending and get that redirected to Sequoia projects since those projects tend to have great impact and get clients hooked on looking for other areas of improvement.

| |
| − | MaxPC also has the potential for being an IN with customers. By providing basic IT services to a business we have the opportunity to gain credibility without assuming too high of risk. MaxPC also provides the ability to be fly on the wall and observe a business to see potential areas of improvement.
| |
| | | | |
| − | MaxPC currently is not interested in working with clients that do not have any future interest in other services. I currently do not have the will, time or resources to try to gain marketshare in this highly competitive, often poorly executed service industry. MaxPC will remain, for now only a vehicle to gain credibility with potential Sequoia customers or an ancillary service for existing customers.
