The Organic Ontology is the name we give to the wiki organisation structure. It is a structure which requires concepts such as categorisation and transclusion with paramaters, but is more generic than a structure specific to MediaWiki or even any wiki. Eventually we plan to annotate the templates with semantic annotations so that we can export the ontology in a proper web ontology language for import it into other high level environments such as Croquet.

The current version of the ontology in as a TreeView is in the Tree:Ontology article.
