The meetings are to help introduce people to free software and Ubuntu. They can ask questions and attend presentations. If attendees have advanced skills, they can discuss free software for business applications. At the same time Wharfit can raise its profile from a marketing perspective.
The next step is to create a mailing list and initial program for meetings, then to decide a new time as Monday seemed unsuitable and to then mail out the new details to everyone interested.
