What makes an organisation generic? And how does that apply within the context of The Project?
- Stimulus-response system
- Context-independance. The generic organisational structure can be added to or combined with other generic organisations.
- Completeness. What does this mean in the context of GO?
- Processes can be grouped into roles and run in parallel or in series
- rollen in der organisation haben spezifische aufeinander abgestimmte aufgaben
- the resulting organisation will be a concept understandable by people and machines alike
- context independent, insich geschlossen; org kann ueberall verwendet werden ohne gr neu strukturiert werden zu muessen. es koennen jedoch einzelne elemente rausgeschmissen werden wenn nicht benoetigt in dem neuen umfeld. des sys wird sich ohne funktionsunfaehig zu werden in des bestehende sys einfuegen
