Training of trainers

Training of trainers is another aspect of the decentralized approach whereby external consultants are utilized for initial training of trainers who then teach what they have learnt to others and knowledge is continually shared and evolved with peers. As time goes on consultants are phased out and previous trainees become the trainers for new groups.
