This article or section is a stub. Stubs are articles that have not yet received substantial attention from the authors. They are short or insufficient pieces of information and require additions to further increase the article's usefulness. The project values stubs as useful first steps toward complete articles.

When a trust group collaborate on their goals and work together to achieve them in alignment with their values, they need to have methods and tools available for making decisions together, resolving conflicts and managing resource and systems. Self governance is the ability for a trust group to do these things without requiring any external parties.
