Hi Peder, looks like the wikisync is doing the trick! The Trinity is a series of three booklets, written by Aran and myself in 2003, designed to explain the principles of the project and give people the tools to set up their own organisations based on those principles. They had a similar structure used to explain The Project from the perspective of Heaven, Man and Earth, or in more everyday terms, Knowledge (Research and Development), People (Administration) and Methods & Tools (Management).

In retrospect it wasn't too well-written or received, but that doesn't matter because the key concepts are actually alive and well in the form of Peer development and the glossary and organisational templates being developed here on the Organic Design wiki.
