Peer
From Organic Design wiki
In the nodal model a peer is any software which implements a node space and applies nodal reduction to it. thus becoming part of the global Nodal Network. Since peers are instances of running software, they are tied to a particular runtime environment and thus are associated with the various resources like storage and bandwidth which are accessible locally from that environment.
