Wiklets Update

The Wiklets extension has been brought up to a functional level today. It uses Mat Kruse's JavascriptToolbox, but currently uses iFrames rather than div's which is not ideal, but will do until Matt's new popup-div component is ready. See a working example of wiklets in the Wiklet example article.
