The organicdesign.co.nz domain is working again, the problem was not with ZoneEdit, but with Webdrive our domain registrar. The technician who solved the problem was very helpful though and said that it was difficult to isolate, but that eventually he found a database field which had been set to an incorrect value by a glitch in the system. It was reset to the correct value at 2pm, but the changes may take a few hours to propagate to some DNS servers. |
