create learning groups for 10-16 years old with a focus on cooperative learning and problem solving
create situations where students can teach each other
tutor is the observer and directs groups towards the desired goal
tutor evolves new concepts with the group and explains where necessary
tutor observes class dynamics, strength and weakness, and development of each student
tutor has access to lesson plan and can prepare in advance for each lesson
use wiki discussion page as a tool to continue cooperative learning process outside class
work closely together with schools for best results (optional, but desired)

have parents and kids for 1st session over -> what do you want your kids to learn? What do you (the kids) wanna learn?
feature group work where kids can solve problems together by using their individual strength and practice their com skills in order to work together harmoniously and effectively
give them room to express themselves in different ways, e.g. gardening, weaving, Japanese jewelery stuff, drama classes, music, sport, etc.
provide space for cultural exchange -> learning to respect each other and understand where differences originate from (behavior values)
encourage and support kids to develop and formulate their own ideas

move away from ego exalting, success seeking towards self-realising and cosmic grasping
