Notes

1. You need to create the Properties those defined in the templates.
2. I have created a link between the 2 so that if you go to the person page the calls assigned to that person are summarised in the RH box.
3. In the service call Form - I made it a bit fancier by creating a table so that all the fields were aligned.
4. I have created properties as required with not too much thought. with some e.g. Assigned to etc. I have defined them Same as the Property Name. It would probably be a good idea to define a set at the beginning that we try to stick to.
5. If you define Form:Person in the Category page for Person you get an extra tab at the top of all pages in this category "Edit with Form"

Bugs/Features that I have noted so far

1. If you define a string property with a limited set of values allowed - you should get a dropdown in the form. However I have noticed that this does not work if the template has an {{ifeq query in the template. For dates you can get round this by setting in the form input type=date (see e.g. in Service Call Form). I have so far found no work-around for this for strings (apart from removing the ifeq as I have done in the Service Call Template for Status.
2. The dynamic ask list does not always refresh for some reason until you click the refresh tab (next to watch tab). (an F5/Ctrl-F5 does not work).
