Holistic Organisation
From Organic Design wiki
Thinking of organisational systems holistically means to not think of the organisations as separate from each other, or from their environment. This may seem difficult and confusing, but actually its very simple - it just means to think of the global context in terms of the local. For example, when thinking of global problems like poverty, don't think of it in terms of separate nations, or separate governments and corporations, instead think of the earth as a single organisation, and of the nations and corporations as the divisions and roles within that organisation. When thinking in these terms, it becomes obvious that ideas like charity and usury are flaws in the design of the organisations system.
