re: kayako/supportsuite...again, it is a frenchfry short (again) of a happy meal. i set up your account, and set up a new group (glue) for us. Then i logged in as a FCRE user, and guess what? fcre users can accidentally move tickets to the Glue folder. and there is no way to hide the folder, so they would be able to see all our clients. only alternative now is to order sepparate account. 39/month. what do you think? i really don't want to have to learn another tool. can sugar do any kinda of ticketing? --Phalseid 11:52, 28 Oct 2006 (NZDT)

Okay, you can embed articles in iframe now. DON'T FORGET TO BLOW AWAY YOUR BROWSER CACHE!

Using the following convention for naming articles:

Clientproject/Relatedarticle so for example, for SCC it would be

Smartie/Callscript

here is the syntax:

syntax to display

http://www.wikiexpert.com/Smartie/Callscript&printable=1

syntax to edit

if it is a new page that you are creating, or you want to edit a page on load, do

http://www.wikiexpert.com/Smartie/Callscript&printable=1&action=edit

syntax to set properties of article

http://www.wikiexpert.com/title=xml:Smartie/Callscript&printable=1&action=edit

of course, this can all be done outside of sugar in the actual wiki environment. The only thing they need to be able to see (for now) is the

http://www.wikiexpert.com/Smartie/Callscript&printable=1

don't worry too much about permissions. I have set up a group called SCC that includes you and me. we can make up a generic user to login and access the wiki if we need to. talk back here if you have any questions. --Phalseid 16:25, 18 Oct 2006 (NZDT)

Notes

printable=1 is just one way to do this. there are many transforms we can do to an article, but i want to keep it simple for now.

Most of the discussions of interface have been informal but there are a number of documents in the wiki about this. Will add them to the category as I (re)discover them. Also see Software Features. --Rob 09:17, 5 Oct 2006 (NZST)

For documents about user interface see: http://organicdesign.co.nz/Category:Interface --Rob 23:52, 4 Oct 2006 (NZST)

andrew: here are some links that relate to the Project mangement & structured/unstructured stuff you are doing. It would be good to put this stuff together...Category:Organisational Templates, Talk:Aggregation, and Aggregation --Phalseid 14:56, 4 Oct 2006 (NZST)

Andrew, check out http://www.panopticon.com/flashdemo/... i think you'll LOVE it.... --Phalseid 07:01, 3 Oct 2006 (NZST)

Wiki is: ACL - (definition of chosen methodology) Live/inline editing - (explanation of why the current markup reqs.) Inherent document referencing - (method) Revision control - (method) Revision notification - (method)

The wiki is a unique assembly of pre-existing software concepts to arrive at a unique tool know as a 'wiki.'

What I keep asking is, WHAT ARE ALL THOSE COMPONENTS?!

stream of consciousness...a good way to look at this, andrew!

Branding and Company Identity
Quite often people talk about Brand equity. Its sort of the measure of clout you have over a consumer.
I want to mainly look at Brand Equity to so we can assume or measure our degree of influence over a potential client.
So for now:
BRAND EQUITY = (Expectations: Set forth by Marketing/Sales) + (Experience:Delivered by Sales/Customer Service)

  1. i am running out right now,

placing old content for proposal here with my NEW NOTES

  1. so here goes, lets see how it grows:
