It doesn't matter if we can't get nation-wide unanimous or even majority resolutions on issues, each group and region has amongst its members the expertise and resource to achieve its aims in its own local region, institution or domain. By maintaining openness and sharing knowledge and resources amongst groups we will all arrive at the best solutions available together from the bottom up.

Political decisions in which one candidate is granted victory, simply because they obtained the highest percentage of the vote by the electorate effectively establishes a dictatorship in the seat of power garbed in the guise of [[democracy]]. The mere existence of such structures, undermines the representation of the people, for democracy can only exist with the presence of the people, and not in the presence of representatives of the people. Parliaments have become a legal barrier between people and their right to exercise authority. They exclude the masses in order to prevent them from practising politics, and monopolize the control of politics in their name.

These groups can be in local regions, or online social networks forming into groups of common interest.

Organisations like the Ubuntu Contributionism, Better Democracy NZ, The Bolivarian Center, Avaaz and many more have already done the work to create empowering constitutions, charters and educational material that will resonate with the members of other groups, this massive body of work can be reused, adjusted and shared.
