Concept
- create learning groups for 10-16 years old with a focus on cooperative learning and problem solving
- create situations where students can teach each other
- tutor is the observer and directs groups towards the desired goal
- tutor evolves new concepts with the group and explains where necessary
- tutor observes class dynamics, strength and weakness, and development of each student
- tutor has access to lesson plan and can prepare in advance for each lesson
- use wiki discussion page as a tool to continue cooperative learning process outside class
- work closely together with schools for best results (optional, but desired)
