The wiki is a unique assembly of pre-existing software concepts to arrive at a unique tool know as a 'wiki.'

Branding and Company Identity
Quite often people talk about Brand equity. Its sort of the measure of clout you have over a consumer.
I want to mainly look at Brand Equity to so we can assume or measure our degree of influence over a potential client.
So for now:
BRAND EQUITY = (Expectations: Set forth by Marketing/Sales) + (Experience:Delivered by Sales/Customer Service)
