Next steps for OD

1. Looking for more clients who share alignment with OD values – contracts in $10-20k arena
2. Live demo – to attract new clients and begin platform network formation
3. Develop technology – google wave, diagramming, P2P networking, shift to XMPP

Client visioning – agreed to do session on visioning qualities of future clients OD wants to attract Contracts and pricing – need for standardisation and consistent pricing structures, work agreements and authorisation procedures

• Presents overall model and structure of OD – what things are done and how
• To be used as basis of the demo-wiki and made reusable for other organisations
• Use as ongoing reference for context and technology development

• Aran currently developing specs and researching move to google wave and diagramming
• Aran offering $500 for programmer who can complete phase 1 of specs

Funding

• Dana offering to gain funding of up to $200,000 for IT component of Kiwigreen funding application for OD development
• Need to develop 5-10 possible threads of work for funding eg XMPP, diagrams, interface
• Once above proposal is complete use demowiki to approach other potential funders and clients

Organisational Structures

• To continue research into optimal organisational structures – for time being continue decentralised business structure
• Interest in founding non-profit arm of OD for community outreach activities
• Ongoing research of freeman/sovereign paradigm
• Ongoing research of options re IRD and other red tape – Aran discussing with Charlie Brown

• Milan to provide outline of proposed wiki-demo by next friday
• Client visioning session to take place by next friday – Milan, Aran and Katherine to confirm
• Initial meeting on standardisation of agreements and pricing before next friday – Aran and Milan
• Jack to investigate Javascript and Aran's phase 1 specs
