This script is the main development work for the Migration Plan. It is a fresh start from the ground up based on peer-nodal.as and nodal-wikid.pl and designed specifically to get the initial "wiki" functionality into a self-contained SWF interface with minimum work. The idea is to get all development into the peer environment at the earliest possible stage.
