This is a pseudo-peer which uses peer2006's declare function to declare its wiki and pop3 snipits. It then runs "hard-wired" (non-nodally executed) loops to act on email and schedule messages.
- It has been whipped up in the last couple of days to implement Peder's email-to-page request for XmlWiki. PHP can't do this job very well, and peer2006.pl already has enough functionality in its snipits to do it.
