Upgrade to recent-changes-merging facility

The normal article for specifying which other wikis to merge changes from is transform-changes.php/wiki.list. This list is now treated as the site-wide default-list, but can be overidden by an article called yourUserName/wiki.list. Currently the default has been set to none, so each user can specifiy their own wiki's to merge with.

  • Note, you can actually merge your changes with any MediaWiki, not just XmlWiki's, but some wiki's like the WikiMedia ones don't allow unregistered robots to connect.
