Purpose

Pointless category? One of the current five components isn't an article; and that conflicts with the introduction but not with the pagename: every page of the wiki is a webpage. There is no obvious need to make anybody go to the trouble of categorising a page just to get it into an incomplete list. Users, especially those who are not very wiki-savvy, could be better served by a link to Special:AllPages, possibly with a note telling more wiki-savvy users not to bother examining the "Project" namespace because one of its pages has no useful content, one redirects to another redirect, and the other five are redirects to other namespaces or Wikipedia; evidently someone has not seen any value in separating content from wiki-organisation.
