I just stumbled across your OpenOffice export extension, and I'd be highly interested in getting it to work.
However, the notes on that site are very confusing to me. As I understand it, the original extension (exporting to SXW) has been abandoned in favor of developing a MediaWiki-independent Perl program.
Could you give me a quick heads-up of the current status of this project?

If this is not (yet) suitable for exporting MediaWiki content to OpenOffice, are there any alternatives (preferably wiki2odf, but wiki2sxw, wiki2rtf or even wiki2doc would help me already)?

I've fixed up the old Open Office Export to a working state, but it needs a fair bit of work. There's also HTML2FPDF which might be of use. --Nad 20:54, 24 Jan 2007 (NZST)
