Improved Rename/Redirect/Copy Implemented

It's not always desirable to have the default MediaWiki redirection behaviour happen when moving articles, we often want to free up the original title when moving and article to a new one. Sometimes we want to leave the original completely unchanged and simply make a copy, for example when we want to give an article the same properties as another.

There may still be some problems with this, so a link to talk:copy.php has been included in the form for reporting bugs and other related discussion.
