Weekly meetings are a best practice which allows for regular assessment of operations, projects and direction for an organisation or trust group so that its members can stay in alignment, actualising their collaborative shared vision together in accord with their values. The weekly meeting in a platform consists of a formal first half and an informal second half which both serve specific beneficial purposes.
