- Keep content of todo articles to a short description and a bullet list of items
- Strike out items as done or expand out to sub-item-lists as necessary
- Move todo articles to Category:Done when finished
- Use the todo-article's talk page for larger descriptions of details and discussions etc
- We should remove our personal todo's from here and link them off our own bookmarks
